non-working keys wasted time
the room was okay, and housekeeping did a fair job.
Check-in was a mess. i got keys that didn't work on the first try, forcing me to go back downstairs. asking about an upgrade was a waste of time. The agent just told me to ask again the next day.

The location was great. Everything was close. the room faced nathan philips square and I liked it. the lobby was lovely. The staff was really helpful.

friendly staff accommodating service room upgrade extra space
lily at the front desk was super friendly. she was accommodating to my needs. we were celebrating a special family event. lily upgraded our room so we had more space for entertaining guests.
the hotel could benefit from food and beverage service near the pool during the summer.
